Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. To the extent permitted by law, you and OC Skin Institute waive any right to a jury trial in any dispute arising out of or relating to the Site or these Terms.
